Spiritual retreat diary ~ Thurs night ~ Wow! Is it possible to move up one mental abiding in 4 hours? Got a rollocking for breathing too loudly this morning, but they have no idea wot maras (demons) I was fighting at the time. Seem to have them on the back foot now tho. S'funny, suppose the mara of, say, hate is disturbing your mind, the demon takes the form of your current hate figure in your mind, but isn't really....seem to be winning...

fri las day ~~ afterthe empowerment in the summer I practiced Qiuck Path to Great Bloss every day, all 3 hours of it, till Nov wen all hell broke loose & I couldn't for a bit. I thought, 'right, take a break, go on retreat & start again. Didn't need to start again tho, nothing I did earlier on was ever wasted, I got straight back into it, picked up right where I left off, realised, velieved for 1st time that these attainments are possible, Wahay! I'M ON MY WAY!

Dear girl, I am so glad to hear from you again and so glad that your life is getting back on track. Break ups are never easy even when they are mutually arrived at, but Mum's are one of the best cures on earth. So nice for your ma that you can spend time with her. I know, as a mum myself, how much I long to be with my kids and how much I value their input and their enthusiasm. I am certain you are evolving exactly as you should be.

I'm so sorry i've been away so long! I've left Andy! We wern't married, but after 13 years it was as good as! Then I was ill for a month, the stress of the emotional trauma, just getting my act together now. I'm back at my mum's, & I think she likes having me here!
