Got a rollocking for breathing too loudly this morning, but they have no idea wot maras (demons) I was fighting at the time. Seem to have them on the back foot now tho. S'funny, suppose the mara of, say, hate is disturbing your mind, the demon takes the form of your current hate figure in your mind, but isn't really....seem to be winning... Spiritual retreat diary day 4 ~ was flicking thru 'Understanding the Mind', not yet had the privelige of reading & re-reading the entire book. Had to keep stopping to wipe my eyes 'cos Geshla's clarity & eloquence is jus so beautiful I kept crying. He's a real hero. I love him! Vaajrayogini retreat day 5 ~ 1/2 way thru. Had 2 go home 2 c 2 Bobdog & the rats. The bus ride from Pok was a full on spititual experience (not allowed to talk about it 2 the uninitiated), & on train, a lass saw me reading Clear Light of Bliss & thought I was distressed cos there were tears in my eyes.
